Given that pretty much all of these signatures are from autonomist or separatist groups, I hope they know that whatever plans the US has for Iran will not include any of these groups getting self determination. The US will likely try to reimpose the Shah, and it's important to remember that the Shah was more repressive towards any of these groups than the current government.
