Representing Oppressed and Occupied Peoples Under the Rule of the Occupying 
Regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran

In Support of the Nationwide Uprising and a Call for More Active Participation 
by Peoples

We, the representatives of oppressed and occupied peoples within the political 
geography under the rule of the occupying regime of the Islamic Republic of 
Iran, the signatories to this statement, and fully aware of our historical 
responsibility at this decisive and critical juncture, hereby declare our firm, 
explicit, and unconditional support for the nationwide uprising and the 
widespread demonstrations of the peoples.

What is unfolding today in the streets and public squares is not merely a 
protest against economic conditions or limited demands, but rather a conscious 
uprising of peoples for freedom, human dignity, and the realization of the 
right to self-determination—a right that has for decades been systematically 
denied to the oppressed peoples of “Iran” and replaced by repression, 
discrimination, occupation of lands, and the denial of national identities.

This uprising is the direct result of the repressive, centralist, and 
occupation-based policies of the ruling regime—a regime that has lost its 
political, moral, and human legitimacy and now sustains itself solely through 
violence and intimidation.

We, as organizations and parties representing oppressed peoples, believe that 
the moment of historical reckoning has arrived. Therefore, we call upon all 
oppressed and occupied peoples to participate more broadly, more organized, 
more independently, more consciously, and more unitedly in nationwide 
demonstrations and field actions, in order to declare their collective will to 
the world with one unified voice.

The objectives of this uprising are clear, fundamental, and non-negotiable:
• The complete overthrow of the occupying and authoritarian regime of the 
Islamic Republic of Iran;
• An end to policies of national, cultural, and linguistic discrimination;
• The full guarantee of the human, political, and national rights of peoples;
• And, most importantly, the recognition of the right to self-determination of 
peoples as a legitimate, fundamental, and irreversible principle.

We warn against any attempts to divert, appropriate, or contain this uprising 
by opportunistic forces or projects aimed at reproducing the domination of 
Persian chauvinism. We emphasize that the political future of this geography 
must be shaped solely on the basis of the free will of the peoples, without any 
form of guardianship.

In conclusion, we call upon the international community, international 
institutions, human rights organizations, and free media outlets to stand 
alongside oppressed peoples, amplify their voices, and not remain silent in the 
face of repression, killings, and the systematic violation of human rights by 
the Iranian occupying regime.

Victory belongs to the united and resilient peoples.
Freedom is our inalienable right.
The right to self-determination is the shared and undeniable demand of 
oppressed peoples.
