Mark, under which circumstances do you raise the slogan for the overthrow of the Castroite regime? Did you ever raise this slogan in the past half a century?

Of course, only the working class in a given country can implement such a slogan. What does this mean? That only Americans can talk about the tasks of the American working class? Only Cubans about the tasks of the Cuban working class, etc.? This is the logic of nationalism, not internationalism! Honestly, I have the impression that it is decades ago that you have been a member of an international organisation.

I think you are not familiar with the political program of Trotsky concerning the Stalinist bureaucracy. In his Transitional Program (1938), Trotsky wrote, among others, that "the chief political task in the USSR still remains the /overthrow of this same Therrnidorian bureaucracy/."

Marxists differentiate. In a war situation, where a semi-colonial
or deformed workers state is under attack by imperialist enemies,
we subordinate the slogan for overthrow of the government to that
of the defence of the country. This is currently the case in Iran
and would be the case in Cuba if the U.S. attacks it.

The US has blockaded Cuba and the country is practically out of fuel. This is an act of war. They have been attacked.

Outside of a war situation, we do not subordinate the slogan to
replace the government. Of course, we oppose sanctions - against
Cuba as well as against Iran. But we do not subordinate the the
    struggle against the regime.

Is the struggle limited to slogans? If so, it's not a slogan that we can use in the US because that slogan is the policy of Trump and Marco Rubio. The only working classes that can "implement" the slogan are in Cuba and Venezuela.

Otherwise, Marxists could never have called for the overthrow of
the Stalinist regimes in all the decades of the Cold War between
Western imperialism and the Stalinist states! That would have been
    the policy of mega-Pabloism!

I answered this by pointing to an example (https://groups.io/g/marxmail/message/41745) of a Trotskyist group led by people who had led the Teamsters organizing drive for long-haul truckers; they led the Minneapolis General Strike; they formed the US Communist Party; they were activists in the IWW and the left-wing of US Socialist Party before WWI. Trotsky personally helped to shaped their party after he arrive in Coyoacán. And they didn't use slogans against the Soviet bureaucracy but detailed explanations to persuade workers in the US and the USSR. I think you should be more like them on this question.
