Anthony - I suggested a defense committee (a name for a united front) and
would use Minnesota as mobilizing and successful urging people - to go
beyond just some nice witnessing day - but to enact as in
minnesota organizing and enduring harsh weather and beyond one day. While
getting a large mass of people in the streets, as Karl Marx and many others
understood - activism can create raising awareness.

On of the things I observe from today and throughout history - people
growing up "learn" to accept, adapt and conform to survive without harm.
When you can inspire people to care about others, it creates a raised
awareness that more can AND MUST be challenged. That "Business As Usual"
is not acceptable for the masses of people whom do not benefit but just
exist as before exploited and harmed. DSA as so many others do not want to
recognize what actual conditions many are in - and the need to not "fit in
for a small reform: as in Los Angeles DSA discussing having more public
bathrooms in Los Angeles Transit System and fixing car break lights - and
to elect a few candidates but just mainly talk and go party and settle for
that "As they having more knowledge" -but not seriously working for a
better expanded movement and structure to respond too as a war and a
fascist seeking authoritarian rule. More into the several small caucuses
to not unite for major advances and accept so little instead.

The 1960's were large number of mainly youth whom challenged and opposed
racism, war, etc. and created an awareness to want nd work for more. The
current new generation as those whom joined DSA are more learning to
accept, adapt and conform into the same "business as usual". where is V. I.
Lein and those otherswhom demanded an end to business as usual and seek
"lower demands and expectations - and accept the rulers remaining in power?

So whatever the organizational form is: election defense committee, or a
recognized other name that had for short time with discussions between the
CPUSA, DSA and Freedom Road - to form and expand to welcome ALL left
currents whom want to work together (and not just criticize as some small
sectarian mindset sects as the Gerry Healey Sect today (Socialist
Equity Party), similar to the Sparts and groups whom want to debate but not
create real movement, since they view ONLY Themselves to have that role.

We need to grow up in my view, hold what ideological left views, but
willing to work together against the Real Threat and this is not academic
b.s. blsbbering but creating and building and offering leadership to
welcome, involve and move along from isolated to real meaningful force much
of the working class we must involve.

DSA does not seek confrontation or real struggle just talk and state their
revolutionaries - but not provide anything to build as neighborhood based
associations or workplace formations - that are not in control but
independent of the rulers. The rulers fear independent movements and try to
seek to divert and control in various predictable ways - as recognizing
leaders and offer staff posts and being elected officials to then spend
effort to "compromise principles" and then over time with more compromise
to be just as the politicians they first opposed - to be servants to the
wealthy rulers. We see that as how the youth environmental activists:The
Sunrise Movement was turned to go from sitdown protests, activists - to
becoming just door knocking for democratic politician aspirants.

Can we recognize that when we are born we learn to not touch hot flames
warned by our parents and then when burned accept watever our parents
transmit as including what thy were told - as history and to avoid harm -
by being good worker bees and assume protected by the rulers and their
government servants - as their part of the organized society established -
accepting rulers, exploitation and not actual real democracy and caring
about workers but just working for the rulers.
