Arn't the values 1GB of RAM and 256MB for PermGen a bit too much. I'd rather
have the default PermGen and set the minnimum RAM to 256. We can add some
documentation asking the users to increase the values when putting it into
production. We dont need large requirements when users are trying the server
with a few services.
