1. Checked and verified the startup scripts.
2. VM options are now set to values given below. A performance issue was
observed when running the tests in the build.
-Xms64m
-Xmx256m
-XX:PermSize=64m
-XX:MaxPermSize=64m
Planning to verify this after the performance adjustments Tyrell's working on.
