Hi Robert and list,

Sorry it's been a while. I've ironed out a few more wrinkles with my  
setup, mainly with the processing of URL's ending with '/'. I'm now  
fairly happy with the thing, it does what I want. In a nutshell:

* Mason handles files ending with '/' or '.html' or '.css'.
* Other files statically served by lighttpd
* Load perl modules at fastcgi process start
* Disallow serving of .mhtml files
