They should AFAIK, but they don't for me. I solved it, by portforwarding some ports,
and they det mIRC to use those port's for DCC transfers. I know serval ppl. that have
exactly the same problems as I did, they solved it the same way. But some ppl. at this
list, says that they got it working, just by loading the IRC module, so I don't know.
