That sounds suspiciously like your win98 ethernet card is set to full
duplex while your hub is set at half duplex. You may just not notice it
with anything else because of the low traffic... Can you ftp large files to
your masq box (50-60 megs) without it slowing down like that? Just a
suggestion..
