Oops, forgot to mention that detail. It's not compile time anymore, if you
want to turn it off, you have to go into some source file. ipv4/ip_masq.c
maybe... I can't remember... You might try grepping in ipv4 for the other
option, to see if there are any comments near it's declaration. Use the
source, Luke! :)
