max snowfall was at Harwichport - 6 inches (except for Nantucket which
was 9 inches)

moral of the story - stick with the first amount that the NWS
forecasts 3 days in advance (92% chance of 6 inches - they nailed it)

2nd moral of the story - if WBZ says 6 to 12 inches - then it will be 6 inches

Tomorrow - no morals!
