When I open a new tab and the current tab's pwd doesn't resolve to ~,
the new tab always shows:

-bash: .bashrc: No such file or directory

it makes sense, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I tried following:

mrxvt.macro.Ctrl+w: Close 0 \! cd $HOME

but it won't work. since the command is run in the new shell after
the tab has already been opened.
