I'm not sure this is mrxvt related -- auto repeat is handled by the X server. I don't know how things work on Cygwin, but I use xset r rate 750 50 on my machine to set the auto repeat rate. GI -- 'Inflation' -- Having to pay next years prices on last year's salary.
