Firstly,I wonder that in Matpower the 'runopf' considered the branch power
limits as inequality constriants or not. If yes, that is the 'rateA' of the
'branch' matrix? Or that is the apparent power limits? Would you please tell me
which data are the constriants of branch active power Pij's limits?
Secondly, the inequality constriants condition include what else in
'runopf'?
