Thank you very much! The file works perfectly. I've got a question concerning 
your filter - has it the ability to reject a bad data (e.g. isolated buses or 
dead branches) during conversion process?

      This is to announce you about a filter that converts files in
      PSS/E format (versions 23 to 30) to Matpower format.

      I am testing the filter yet, but at the moment, I have been able to 
convert
      a dozen of RAW files at Matpower format successfully.

      If you want to convert your own test cases into Matpower
      format please send me your PSS/E files and I will send you back
      the converted files into Matpower format.
