Juan Carlos, this looks like a very useful tool. Is it written in
Matlab? Would you consider making it available to the MATPOWER
community? If so, I might be able to make it available as a download
from the MATPOWER site, or even include it in a future version of
MATPOWER. If you are open to the idea and the tool works well, we
could discuss options off-list.
