Well, case9 does not have any load at bus 6 to convert, but if you meant adding 60 MW of dispatchable load, the attached case file shows you how to do that. but our generator cost functions   are  polynomyal  and our load is generator with piecewise  cost  function.please help about this  changes  and any changes that it needs.the figure of dispatchable load is like figure 'hh' at attachment. Mixing generator cost types is not a problem. You just have to zero-pad the rows at the end to make sure all rows of gencost have the same number of columns.
