Dear Prof. Zimmerman
I want to do runmarket in the case ('t_auction_case') with 6 generators
including first: 5 wind turbines and 1 generator and second with 4 wind
turbines and 2 generators. For this, I have used your file that you provided
to have PF=1 for wind turbines.
For second case how can I do this? I mean with one of the wind turbines with
zero wind(cut off). Is it possible?if yes how?Best Wishes Carlos
