Dear Iman, MATPOWER solves a power flow or an Optimal Power Flow. The one-line equvalent model is created from a symmetrical system. Therefore, there is no point in positive, negative or zero sequence data. r and x are p.u. Someone working in MATPOWER coding can correct me.
