You are not taking into account shunt elements (Qshunt) and branch charging 
injections (Qbsh):

Tota System Q = Qgen + Qshunt + Qbsh - Qload - Qloss  = 0.0 
                        = 82.4 + 21.2 + 24.4 - 73.5 -54.54 = 0.0
