Now to your question, have you looked at the MATPOWER Optimal Scheduling Tool 
(MOST)? If so, please feel free to ask any specific questions you have about 
how to use it. If not, I suggest you become familiar with the MOST User’s 
Manual<https://matpower.org/docs/MOST-manual-1.0.2.pdf> and especially the 
tutorial examples in Chapter 7.
