For what its worth, I also get this when I'm encoding to flv or mpeg2. I can manually enter the number of threads for mpeg2 and it will use several hundred percent CPU, for flv my version of ffmpeg doesn't seem to do multi threading. > about compiling it on my own, but then refrained because I wasn't > sure which configure options were originally used.
