I am sorry; I didn’t explain it correctly at the first time. I just want to make sure that the user could be able to see the mouse cursor while watching the video. I've already checked the encoding profiles and the capture agent configuration, as I modified the values of the frame rate on both. I think that I'm limited by hardware (VGA2USB) that cannot capture the mouse cursor movement. The question is if VGA2PCIe, can overcome this problem, so I would like know if it could do the task.
