Solved.
I was using Firefox lower than 3.6 and Microsoft Internet Explorer
7.0.6001.18000.
It failed on both [Two different browsers is enought, it used to work - I
decided to ask].
But since nobody else complained about this problem - I updated Firefox to
3.6.22, and it works.
So:
the reason was that fancy CA tables are failing with IE7 and old Firefox.
I expected it to work on IE7 - should I fill in a bug report.
Only 4.2 %
of people is using IE7. :-)

The fact that not even the table appears, I cannot think of a reason for that.
Setting the logs to "ALL" or "DEBUG" and search for some errors when you visit
that page --or related-- may be useful.
