Hi all,
I just tried to upgrade the firmware on our Epiphan Capture Agent (ECA)
from 2.2.0rc1 to 2.2.0e and got the following error:
CRITICAL FAILURE. Please contact Epiphan Systems support before powering
down or rebooting Matterhorn. E1012137
The firmware appeared to upload successfully, but after a period of
waiting, I get the above
Before I email Epiphan, I just want to make sure there are no known
issues with upgrading from 2.2.0rc1 to 2.2.0e; also any other known
issues with upgrading firmware on the ECA in general.
