Oh, thanks a lot, Hank!
Actually I tried the normal workflow before but got a failure, so I
thought without further investigation this would not work out of the
box.
Now I retried it, and it works just fine the way I want it.
Why would I not need to convert to flash? I thought the engage player
will only replay flash files from the search index. Not so?

Why not the default workflow? Should handle mp4 as-is. But you actually
don't need to convert go Flash either (saves a lot of processing time). And
do you want video segmentation and ocr or not?

Hi,
I need some input on how to generate a workflow (which encoding
commands) that would act on an uploaded mp4-file (video+audio) and
produce an engage-player Flash-file published on the search index.
Any experiences with that?
Thanks, Andreas
