NCast encoders generally create only .mp4 H.264 files (a single video
track, single audio track) and this is what I test with. Our lip-sync is
very good to excellent (depends somewhat on the bit rate) and this is what
I have been using for testing.

The workflow I use passes the file straight thru to  Engage with no further
conversions or processing.

The lip-sync problem I noticed starts right away, from the very beginning
of progressive-download playback. The file itself is only 5 minutes long.

I will upload a file to MH-7700 for you to try yourself along with my
workflow.
