Hi, If you set the Calendar Polling Interval to 2, set the schedule not later than about 6min before the recording should start. When I am testing it, this is set to 5min or 10min, but then I need to set the schedule at least 10-15 min before the start otherwise I getting the same message. Sometimes the recording will start despite this message, so please check the agent stage in the admin.
The value of Ingest Interval does not matter for the start or recording. Make also sure that you have all three channels connected when enable.
