Hi Can someone give me some help with this? I'm using the Epiphan Matterhorn CA with Greg's stable firmware. and MH sever 1.3. The CA is showing video, screen and audio when I preview xx.xx.xx.xx/priview.cgi. It shows up in the capture agent list on the web admin UI
Whenever I schedule a recording it fails at the start time with this error: WARNING : Recording may have failed to start or ingest! It seems the core system did not receive proper status updates from the Capture Agent that should have conducted this recording. The sevrer console keeps repeating: Warn (AgentImpl:278) - Null friendly name list for agent demo_capture_agent. Capabilities filtering aborted I've reduced the Calendar Polling Interval to 2 on the device. Should I reduce Ingest Interval (in minutes) as well? Any ideas please? Thanks.
