Yes, but I do know how to download, LOL. I am reinstalling Ubuntu and gonna give 1.3.0 another install try. I will post results. In the meantime, I will start the 1.3.x VM download.

It's newer than the 1.3.0 release, but it is functionally the same. Fixing your issue still might be faster than downloading a gig of VM (which then unpacks and installs itself).
