Did you install the correct ffmpeg version using the 3rd party tools
install script included in the Matterhorn source tree?  The ffmpeg
commandline changes occasionally, so things will break unless you're
using the same version of ffmpeg that Matterhorn expects.  The "Invalid
value 'inofficial' for option 'strict'" messages are a strong indication
that there's a version mismatch somewhere.
