Trunk has the latest version of our code, and needs a newer version of
FFMPEG.  In your case, you appear to be using ffmpeg 0.8.2 (trunk's
version) with 1.2.0 code.  Did you install ffmpeg from your
distributor's repositories by any chance (eg: apt-get, or yum)?  That
would override anything we build, and you could end up with this kind of
inconsistent version.

In short, if you're running Matterhorn 1.2, you need to use ffmpeg 0.6,
as built with the 3rd party tools.  I would suggest running Matterhorn
1.3, but if this is a demo system you're setting up just to show off the
basic functionality 1.2 should work as well.
