Chris,
ClassX is GPL indeed but GPL is listed as _compatible_  with ECL 2.0 since 
version 3 [1].

Since ClassX was open sourced after the release of GPLv3 and that the link on 
their website points at the GPLv3 license [2] it seems ClassX is GPLv3.

Am I missing something?
