Hi Alexander,
I have investigated this issue a bit, and do not worry about the warning
message. It is not causing a problem and the next message ("INFO: Ingesting
zipped media package") says that the ingest worked.
However, I have observed a similar issue a couple of times on my servers while
testing them. When I killed the server and restarted, or when something went
wrong with workflows, the service starting operations locked up, and all other
workflows / operations were stuck in the "Initializing" state. I am trying to
reproduce this problem and fix it or at least fill in a usable bug report on
this one on the MH Jira.
Were you killing the server when it was in a middle of processing an archive?
Please let me know.
Regards,
Pawel
