Well maybe the question should be "Why is it in the default workflow?" if it is
causing this kind of a problem with standard mpeg-4 files?
I'm sure I could easily define a new encoding profile without de-interlace, but
then I lose any advantage of having the MH standard default available.
If the conclusion is that for the default workflow this is a correct option,
then that's Ok and we will probably end up using our own workflows. We may have
to use our own custom workflows anyway because I want to eliminate all .flv's
from the system. The use of .flv's is historical and should be deprecated.
