Rubén Pérez Vázquez commented on MH-7933:
-----------------------------------------
I can do that if you want, since most of the scripts are made by myself. But
feel free to do it yourself if you want, I'm just volunteering.
This procedure just occurred to me:
1- Using java -version we check the currently installed java version. As the
pattern is always <major>.<minor>.<others>, we just need to set a minimum
version supported, and assume the subsequent ones are suitable for our system.
2- If the version is too old, or if no java is installed at all, we install a
"recommended" version, according to the parameters we set up in the scripts.
What do you think?
