I believe that the root of this problem is that the track created at the end of
the YouTubeDistribution.distribute() method is deficient is at least one aspect
and maybe more.
One issue is the null Duration value that exposed an NPE - now patched in
MH-9236, another relating to this ticket is, from the top stack trace -
org.opencastproject.inspection.api.MediaInspectionException: Element
/opt/matterhorn/1.4.x-msub/work/opencast/workspace/http_www.youtube.com/watch_v_jE6jHNsQ0dw_feature_youtube_gdata_player
has no file extension. Perhaps the downstream stack traces are caused by
this failure in the
MediaInspectionServiceImpl.enrichTrack(MediaInspectionServiceImpl.java:413)
method.
Unfortunately, I am not going to have time to work on this ticket's set of
issues as I need to get back to our local project but I did want to open the
ticket based on my results from fixing the YouTube distribution.
It probably makes sense for someone more familiar with the requirements of
making and archiving a media package successfully, particularly one that
includes a "distributed track", to pick this one up.
