Thanks for the helpful comment Cristoph. I agree that the near term "fix" is
to remove the final archive job that attempts to include the media distributed
to YouTube. I'm guessing that this will mean that the retract job will not
work as the data that job would need would be the data associated with the
distributed track.
If that is true we still need to figure out how to get a valid
MediaPackageElement for the media distributed to YouTube. However, being able
to distribute to YouTube successfully goes a long way towards a fix. I'm
pretty sure that here at UC Berkeley we can live with that for the intermediate
term by performing retract actions manually through the YouTube WebUI.
