The EpisodeService relies on the MediaInspectionService to calculate checksums
for elements that don't have one. And the MediaInspectionService enforces URLs
to have a "file extension", so these YouTube urls do not work when it comes to
archival right now. To work around this the workflow can be configured to skip
archiving these tracks.
In the long run it would be much better to make Matterhorn to be agnostic about
the URL schema. I had some conversation with Karen Dolan on list about this.
