Hi Taryn, Ray,

Yes, the venerable server that had previously hosted the Mauve snapshots
and associated software suffered a sudden and unrecoverable death last
month. After a brief period of mourning I began work on migrating all of
the content to my current lab server. Until now, the snapshots of
mauve-associated software haven't been migrated. This morning I was able
to get the linux builds of the software posted, so you can obtain
stripSubsetLCBs for linux from here:

http://darlinglab.org/mauve/snapshots/2015/2015-01-09/linux-x64/

The OS X and Windows builds still need a bit of work before migration,
so hopefully you can work with a linux machine for the time being.

Best,
-Aaron
