I asked MySQL AB some days before, but since today I only got an affirmation
that they got my email. 

But maybe it can be discussed here too.
I would like to know, what support-offers are available by MySQL AB to
licensees of the commercial MaxDB-version.
I am interested in the prices and what things are covered through the
different support-offers. If there are granted response-times, I would like
to know them too.


As I am working on a general paper about MaxDB and the usability as
professional RDBMS in small and midrange business, I would like to know the
support-possibilites as they can be a fundamental fact in the decision for
or against a concrete DBMS.
