Hi Patrik, thanks for the information. On the linked website www.mysql.com/support/basic.html it looks like MySQL offers a One-Incident-Support beside the basic-packages. Unfourtunately the MySQL-Shop does not contain any prices for MaxDB-Support, so it would be very nice if you can post the price for this option too.
