Hello Alexander, This was an error on my part. You need at least DBMGUI 7.6.00.19 (112268) or higher, but this is not yet available for download. Until then, please use 'dbmcli ... db_deletevolume'.

If MaxDB 7.6 is used you can add/delete volumes using DBMGUI (->Instance->Configuration->Volumes) or dbmcli (db_addvolume, db_deletevolume). You can add and delete volumes in database state ONLINE.
