I search a bit about this and didn't found anything about it. I'm using Apache straight from Webfaction's prepackaged setup, so most likely will switch to a .zip file unless someone can tell me how to configure Apache. The workaround is right clicking and selecting 'Save as' otherwise Firefox tries to display the .ova file (since it is a text XML file), Google Chrome downloads the file correctly.
