Hi Kim, with Apache 2.x you need mod_perl 2.x
mod_perl 1.99 was a pre-release version for Apache 2.x, you almost certainly don't want 1.99 as it's incompatible with both mod_perl 1.x and 2.x, as the API changed between 1.99_2x and 2.x I would remove mod_perl, 1.99 and install mod_perl 2.x by hand. I have tried to make Maypole work with 1.x, 1.99 and 2.x, but I think 1.99 support is still dodgy because different 1.99 releases differ in their API. What other dependant modules are asking for mod_perl 1.x?
