I tried, but nothing change, again. the setlocale() page says: "The set of available languages, country/region codes, and code pages includes all those supported by the Win32 NLS API (except code pages that require more than two bytes per character, like UTF-8)." So, seems we can't use set locale() for UTF8. May be using _wsetlocale() ? But there should be a method to make it working with UTF8….
