Course Description: This course is designed to help students
interested in or curious about becoming medical doctors negotiate the
complex and often confusing world of medical school applications. We
will also address issues related to the field of medicine including
alternative medicine, medical ethics, and financial issues. The scope
of this course can be expanded to fit student needs and interests.
You will get a chance to meet many wonderful guest speakers ranging
from medical students and career center counselors to renowned
doctors, researchers, and surgeons. We hope that by the end of class
you will learn all of the ins and outs of the medical world, a feel
for what it's really like to be a medical student or doctor, and,
most importantly, whether or not it's for you!

Enrollment Info: Due to the attendance-oriented nature of this
course, there will be NO ADDS after the 3rd week of classes. NO
EXCEPTIONS! You can sign up via telebears MCB 98 for lower division
and 198 for upper division.
