Hi Perian, Before making a major commitment to JP2000, you might consider converting those NEF's to DNG, which remains (so far as I am aware - and I expect others to jump in momentarily) more widely implemented than JP2000. There are certainly more tools that can use it. As you go forward, you need to consider what your clients can use/want.
