We are currently using Now Up-To-Date in an all-Mac environment.
However, their latest upgrade to version 5.0 doesn't seem worth the
expense to us, for what little improvements it has made to the
program over the past few years. There is also very little ease of
data portability, in getting data OUT of it, and into other
applications.
We are currently looking for something to replace Now Up-To-Date,
that is easier to use and is less complex for the end-user.
So far, Chronos Group Organizer [http://www.chronosnet.com/Products/
go_product.html] looks like the lead-runner for us, in our environment.
I will be evaluating it soon. [It will soon become Soho Organizer -
http://www.chronosnet.com/Products/sohoorganizer.html]
I am also considering looking at various web-based, open-source MySQL/
php/etc. options.
If anyone has anything to recommend, that would be much-appreciated.
