Hive mind, Have any of you come across any VR headsets that *don't* need to be strapped on? We're looking at a couple of potential applications where we'd consider VR in the galleries, but know that the throughput issues and hygiene concerns around putting on a headset would get in the way. We are looking for something that could a quicker experience, more akin to a Google Cardboard, though built for use and abuse.
Any leads appreciated! Thanks, Ed -- *Ed Rodley* *Associate Director of Integrated Media* Peabody Essex Museum 161 Essex Street Salem, MA 01970 978 542 1849 @erodley [email protected] <http://pem.org/exhibitions/193-intersections>
